CARE GUIDE

Some of our collections use genuine leather, and due to the nature of the leather, there might be undulations / stretch marks / wrinkles / pores / dots on its surface / uneven patterns and these aren’t defects.

Since our products are manufactured through numerous processes, and are handmade, there might be slight uneven stitches.

CLEANING

  1. Use a soft, damp cloth to wipe off dirt and dust. Avoid excessive water.
  2. For deeper cleaning, mix mild soap with water, dip a cloth in it, and gently clean the surface. Wipe with a dry cloth afterward.
  3. For Suede shoes: Use a Suede Brush – Gently brush in one direction to remove dirt and restore texture. Always use a suede-specific brush.
  4. For Genuine Leather shoes: Apply a leather conditioner or cream to keep the leather soft and prevent cracks. Use a matching or neutral shoe polish to enhance shine.
  5. Avoid Harsh Chemicals: Do not use strong detergents, alcohol, or acetone-based cleaners, as they can damage the material.
  6. For tough stains, it is recommended to use professional leather cleaning products or seek specialized help (shoe spa).

DRYING & STORAGE

  1. If they get wet, let them dry at room temperature. Avoid direct sunlight or heat sources like hairdryers, which can cause cracking.
  2. To maintain shape, stuff the shoes with paper or a shoe tree when not in use.
  3. Store in a Cool, Dry Place. Keep them in a dust bag or a box to protect from moisture and dust.
  4. Due to the nature of leather, deformation, discoloration, and damage may occur due to temperature, moisture, and friction, so do not expose to humidity or direct heat sources (direct sunlight).
