EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICY

  1. You may request a Refund/Exchange within 5 days after receiving your order and it must not have been used or worn (only tried on indoors).
    • Permissible Refund reasons: defects.
    • Permissible Exchange reasons: the received product does not match the order/size (too small or too large).
    • Clearance Sale, Defect Sale, Sample Sale, and Promo Products cannot be exchanged for any reason.

  2. To request a Refund/Exchange, you must inform our Whatsapp Customer Service (CS) through this number +6281280038560 or email to mtw.inquiry@gmail.com and fill out the Refund/Exchange Request Form provided by CS.

  3. For Exchange requests, after you fill out the form, our CS will inform you if the desired exchange product is still available in stock.

  4. You need to send the product for Refund/Exchange within a maximum of 3 days after CS provides the shipping address. Beyond this period, our team will return the product to your address, and the shipping cost will be borne by you.

  5. We will conduct a quality control process before approving the Refund/Exchange to ensure that the returned product meets the conditions. 
    • Our team will contact you within a maximum of 5 business days after receiving the product to inform whether the product passes QC or not.
    • If it passes, Refunds will be processed within a maximum of 5 business days, and for Exchanges, the product will be sent back according to the nearest shipping schedule or depending on the product availability.

  6. If the request for an exchange or refund is not due to our fault, all shipping costs will be borne by you.
